New access control system in Troisdorf
In September 2024, we successfully installed a new and modern access control system at a global and leading Danish company at its branch in Troisdorf, Germany. The aim of this project was to improve the security and efficiency of access control by using advanced technologies.
Chosen system
The customer chose a NEDAP system, because of its reliability and advanced functions. Our company is NEDAP certified, which enabled us to implement this system effectively. To ensure safety and maintain convenience for employees, we have opted for PIN authorization at the main entrance.
Challenges and solutions
This project presented 2 challenges. First, integrating the new system with the existing infrastructure required careful planning and collaboration. Through regular consultations and our flexible approach, we were able to successfully overcome this challenge.
In addition, a project abroad requires very tight planning and organization to ensure that the project can be realized in a single run. Detailed project plans and clear communication with all parties involved allowed us to effectively manage the complexities of working in an international environment.
End result
The new access control system is functioning properly and has significantly improved overall security and efficiency within the company. The project was also completed within the stipulated time and budget.
In addition, this project has not only strengthened our technical skills, but also our ability to communicate and collaborate effectively. We look forward to applying these experiences in future projects and contributing to the continuous improvement of our business processes.
